PRODUCT DIMENSIONS

IMPORTANT:

Do not attempt to install guard until the appliance has been properly aimed and tested.

Lag shields are for use in concrete and the mortar joints of block or brick walls. For wood

installations drill pilot holes 13/64” diameter for lag screws only. Lag shields are not

required for this type of installation. Do not install guard on hollow backed drywall.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. After alignment and test has been completed, use the guard as a template.

2. Center the guard over existing appliance. Slots must have openings facing

downward as shown.

3. Mark (8) mounting holes. Drill 1/2 in. diameter holes 1 1/2 in. deep.

4. Insert lag shields into holes flush or slightly below surface.

5. Install lag screws until approximately 3/4 in. remain outside of wall.

6. Place guard onto screws and tighten.

IMPORTANT:

To service camera, loosen the (8) lag screws and slide guard upward, use caution not

to hit or bump appliance.

NOTE:

If after installation interference of one wire strut is noticed in appliance operation, the

interfering strut may be cut without structural weakening or loss of warranty.
